1. The Offer
   Customers can receive 10% off eligible products when the order subtotal is £75 or more, before the promotional discount, delivery charges, and any applicable taxes or additional fees.
2. Eligible Products
   The promotion applies to products across the website unless specifically excluded from the offer. See below for a list of excluded products/categories.
3. Exclusions
   The 10% discount does not apply to products or categories specifically marked as excluded from the promotion (see below). Where applicable, excluded products will not contribute towards the £75 minimum spend.
4. Minimum Spend
   The £75 minimum spend is calculated based on the subtotal of eligible products in the customer's basket before the 10% discount is applied and excluding delivery charges.
5. Offer Period
   The promotion ends at 11:59pm on Friday 18th September 2026. Orders must be successfully placed before the offer end time to qualify.
6. Use of the Offer
   The discount will be applied automatically at checkout where the qualifying conditions are met. Customers do not need to enter a promotional code unless otherwise stated.
7. Other Promotions
   This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional code, or offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Returns and Refunds
   If a return or cancellation causes the order subtotal to fall below the £75 qualifying threshold, the promotional discount may no longer apply. The value of any refund may therefore be adjusted accordingly.
9. No Cash Alternative
   The promotional discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit outside of a qualifying purchase.
10. Right to Amend or Withdraw
    Freed of London reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary. Any changes will be communicated on the website.
11. General
    By placing an order using this promotion, customers agree to these promotional terms and conditions alongside the website's standard Terms & Conditions of Sale
